01. Introduction

Welcome to Travelservice-Thailand.com, a brand of Blue Buff GmbH, registered in Germany. By accessing this website and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

Important Notice: We are a private, third-party processing agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Thailand or any official immigration authority. You may apply for a Thailand Digital Arrival Card directly through official government channels free of our service fees

02. Services Provided

Our service assists travellers in preparing and submitting their Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) application. We review your information, format it correctly for submission to the relevant Thai authorities, and manage the process on your behalf.

Our service is a professional assistance service only. The final decision on any application rests solely with the Thai immigration authorities. We do not guarantee approval.

03. Fees & Payments

Our service fee covers professional assistance, data validation, and application processing. This fee is entirely separate from any government fees that may apply. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT.

By submitting your application, you authorise us to charge the applicable service fee to your selected payment method. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.

04. Refunds & Cancellations

Once your application has been submitted to the Thai authorities on your behalf, our service is considered fully delivered and the service fee becomes non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel before submission, please contact our support team immediately at info@travelservice-thailand.com.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights): As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by placing your order and requesting immediate processing, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished once the service has been fully performed.

05. Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide during the application process. We are not liable for applications rejected by Thai immigration authorities due to errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the data you submit — including but not limited to incorrect passport numbers, travel dates, or personal details.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blue Buff GmbH shall not be liable for:

  • Rejection of your application by Thai immigration authorities
  • Delays caused by the Thai authorities or technical issues beyond our control
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our service

Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the specific application in question.

07. Privacy & Data Security

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information and passport details are collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of submitting your TDAC application. All data is transmitted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.

08. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

09. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers:

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but are willing to do so.
