Refund Policy

Our commitment to fairness and transparency regarding service fees and government charges.

01. Our Service Fee Structure

Our pricing consists of two components:

  • Government fee: Paid directly to the Thai authorities on your behalf.
  • Service fee: Charged by Blue Buff GmbH for professional assistance, document review, and submission management.

02. Non-Refundable Cases

The service fee is non-refundable once your application has been submitted to the Thai authorities. This includes:

  • Applications rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • Change of travel plans after submission.
  • Customer no longer wishes to travel to Thailand.
  • Duplicate applications submitted by the customer.

03.Full Refund Eligible Cases

You are entitled to a full refund of our service fee in the following cases:

  • Your application is rejected by the Thai immigration authorities through no fault of your own.
  • We are unable to submit your application within the selected processing time due to a technical error on our side.
  • You cancel your order before we begin processing your application.
To request a refund, contact us at info@travelservice-thailand.com within 14 days of the incident.

04.Partial Refund

In cases where processing has begun but not yet been submitted, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund at our discretion, deducting reasonable processing costs already incurred.

05. EU Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of purchase. However, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions, by placing your order you expressly consent to immediate processing — which means the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service.

If processing has not yet begun at the time of your withdrawal request, a full refund will be issued.

06. How to Request a Refund

To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at: info@travelservice-thailand.com
  • Subject line: “Refund Request – Order of [Name of all Travelers]”
  • Include your full name, order number, and reason for the request.

We will respond within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

07. Chargebacks

We kindly ask customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.

Note: Unjustified chargebacks may result in the cancellation of your application and possible legal action.
